Perennial Oscar nomineeJennifer Lawrence has donated autographed memorabilia from the film “Joy” to actress Christy Scott Cashman’s Charity Warriors gala, which will be held in Boston on Thursday. We’re told that Lawrence, who became friends with Cashman while working together on “Joy” and “American Hustle,” said that she wanted to help raise money — not just awareness. Lawrence’s role in “Joy,” which opened on Christmas Day, netted the 25-year old superstar her fourth Oscar nomination.
We’re also told that an unnamed producer who has worked with Lawrence and Cashman will auction walk-on roles to an upcoming film project called “Bachelors” at the event.
Bidding for that big break will start at $2,500.
